Our Journey
Nutritionflowscience was founded with a simple vision: to make professional yoga instruction and evidence-based stretching routines accessible to everyone. We recognised that modern life leaves many people feeling disconnected from their bodies, experiencing tension, stiffness, and a lack of natural movement.
Our team of experienced yoga instructors began by working with small groups across London, carefully developing stretching sequences that address real problems: desk posture, mobility loss, and the need for mindful movement in daily life.
Today, we've expanded across the United Kingdom, reaching thousands of practitioners through our detailed guides, video routines, and educational content. Every resource we create is grounded in both traditional yoga wisdom and modern movement science.

Sarah Mitchell
Founder & Senior Yoga Instructor
Sarah is a certified yoga instructor with 12 years of experience in both traditional and contemporary movement practices. Based in London, she designed the Nutritionflowscience philosophy to merge ancient yoga wisdom with modern biomechanical understanding. Sarah specialises in stretching routines for desk workers and has trained over 300 instructors across the UK in her signature teaching methods.
James Richardson
Movement Science Advisor
James holds a degree in Sport and Exercise Science and has spent 8 years researching flexibility, mobility, and injury prevention. He collaborates with our teaching team to ensure every routine is grounded in current scientific evidence. James also works with athletes and rehabilitation specialists to adapt our stretching sequences for diverse needs and populations across the UK.

Content & Education Lead
Emma manages our educational content, video production, and written guides. With 10 years in wellness education and a passion for clear communication, she ensures every resource—from beginner guides to advanced routines—is accessible and thoroughly explained. Emma has created over 150 stretching tutorials and regularly updates our content library based on practitioner feedback.
David Chen
Certified Yoga Instructor & Trainer
David brings 9 years of teaching experience and specialises in yoga for strength, stability, and postural alignment. He leads our instructor training programme and has certified 50+ yoga professionals across England, Scotland, and Wales.
